Manger, ce n\u2019est pas seulement ing\u00e9rer : c\u2019est ressentir, anticiper, se r\u00e9conforter, se r\u00e9guler, parfois se punir ou se prot\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La psychonutrition explore ces liens profonds entre alimentation, \u00e9motions, cognition et comportements.<\/strong> Elle permet de comprendre comment le stress, les traumas, les troubles de l\u2019attachement ou les sch\u00e9mas familiaux influencent nos habitudes alimentaires. Elle offre des outils pour r\u00e9tablir une relation apais\u00e9e, intuitive et respectueuse avec la nourriture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans le cadre des TCA (Troubles des Conduites Alimentaires), elle devient un levier th\u00e9rapeutique essentiel.<\/strong> Elle aide \u00e0 d\u00e9coder les m\u00e9canismes de contr\u00f4le, de compensation, de dissociation ou de r\u00e9assurance qui s\u2019expriment \u00e0 travers l\u2019acte de manger.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chez les personnes pr\u00e9sentant des troubles du neurod\u00e9veloppement, comme les TSA, la psycho\u00e9ducation alimentaire prend une forme encore plus sp\u00e9cifique.<\/strong> Elle int\u00e8gre les particularit\u00e9s sensorielles (hypersensibilit\u00e9 orale, olfactive, texturale), les rigidit\u00e9s cognitives, les routines s\u00e9curisantes, et les besoins de m\u00e9diation visuelle ou ludique.
